Recent projects include:

Back-Office Support for Investment Bank:
Assumed back-office operations for clients’ trade services group. Completed conversion of all global and domestic securities, requiring testing, reconciliation, research and communication with Custodians. Responsible for performance calculations and client reporting. Consultants were responsible for creating project scope, workflow analysis and business process review.

Management of Investment Banking Institution’s Sale of Corporate Trust Business:
Provided the Project Management and Business Analysis for trust operations (RMBS/ABS, Custody, Analytics, Master Servicing). Also supported Bond and Shareholder Services, providing Administrators to handle questions about investment status.

Project Leadership for Middle Office on International Trade Settlement Project:
Oversaw operations staff responsible for cash, securities and market valuation reconciliation, drawing on experience in EAFE markets (Equities, Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange) for Portfolio Services and Trade Support.

Provision of Senior Underwriters for Wholesale, Retail and Correspondent Lenders:
Assigned front-line underwriters to support conforming and non-conforming loans, with product expertise in Jumbos, Alt-A, Emerging Markets, HELOC’s, FHA/VA and DE designations. In addition, partnerships have been created with two Mortgage Insurance companies to support clients’ Reps and Warrants’ requirements.

Project Management for Oversight of Equity Operations after Reconciliation Conversion:
Assumed administrative responsibility for application, created documentation procedures for users and oversaw position match-offs for over 400 accounts.

Strategic Consulting related to Corporate Trust, MBS for Credit Risk Mitigation:
Responsible for review of pre-payments, cash flows, risk modeling, and benchmarking of operational risk as it relates to Reg AB.

While we offer project expertise ranging from Operations Specialists to Project Managers, our team members can be divided into two major classifications: Consultants and Contractors.

Bainesbridge Consultants are subject-matter experts within their respective lines of business. With an average of 15 years experience, they are strong troubleshooters and respond quickly to project demands and strategic amendments. In addition, they provide solid leadership to the teams they support.

Bainesbridge Contractors are operations specialists within their defined business lines. Averaging 10 years experience, they work closely with internal staff providing critical support to meet influxes in department demands. They provide specific knowledge and project experience to assist operations in a time of transition.

Before any engagement proceeds, Bainesbridge provides detailed credentials for client review. In addition to our own stringent selection processes, we strongly encourage our clients to talk with the recommended consultants and/or contractors to achieve a high comfort level.
