While the company’s headquarters is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Bainesbridge serves a clientele that extends nationally, including regional banking centers, mortgage institutions, investment banks, broker/dealers, transfer agencies and more.

About Christie Spragg

Christie Spragg launched Bainesbridge Consulting after supporting projects within the contract services industry for more than fifteen years, and working specifically within the banking/financial services industry for ten.

Through her work in Regional Management for Modis Professional Service’s Financial Services Division and as a Practice Manager and Partner for the Financial Services Division of the Richard Michael Group, Christie had the opportunity to support five of the largest banks in the United States. She had been responsible for the start-up of three divisions from conception, creating strategic partnerships with clients and consultants across the country. Building long-standing relationships helped propel these divisions to rapid growth. She also takes pride in the training and development of her internal staff.

Committed to a strong sense of purpose in her work, Christie envisioned a consulting firm that values its people, both internal and external, recognizing their expertise and leveraging their knowledge and skill to achieve optimum results for clients.

That vision became Bainesbridge Consulting.

Today, Christie serves as Founder and Principal for the growing company, pointing to a solid base of loyalty from clients and fellow consultants alike as being one of her greatest achievements.
